If you are the person in charge of coordinating a customized pilgrimage tour for a group of 20 or more persons accompanied by a minister or spiritual director, please complete the following form.

We do receive a large number of referrals and requests, so your answers to the questions below will help us determine if we are able to accommodate your needs.
